Manual Therapy

Canalith Repositioning
Therapist guided movements of the patient’s head to reposition displaced “crystals” in the ear, which may be the cause of the dizziness symptoms.
Motion Sensitivity Training
Training to decrease sensitivity of the visual and vestibular system.
