Renee Hancock, PT, DPT

Hello! My name is Renee. I am Co-Owner of Shift Physical Therapy and Wellness and I am a Physical Therapist. Professionally, I attended the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities from 2000-2007 to obtain my Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. In 2007, I worked in long term care and skilled nursing facilities. Since 2009, I have worked in outpatient orthopedics. I am passionate about going above and beyond to help my patients meet the goals they have set for themselves.

I have expanded my practice of physical therapy to include a specialty area of women’s health, including pelvic floor dysfunctions such as pelvic pain or incontinence, for example. This specialty is under served in physical therapy, and I am excited to be able to offer this specialized care in a community where women previously had to travel distances for this type of care.

In my personal life, I am married and have two children. Both of my children play hockey in the fall/winter season, so much of our time is dedicated to attending games and practices. Our family enjoys summertime activities outdoors such as swimming and even a little fishing, as well as occasional biking trips. In my spare time, I enjoy reading a good book, playing the piano, watching a movie with my husband, spending time with friends, and of course cheering for the MN Wild.

I have enjoyed getting to know the people and community of Cambridge. I look forward to helping others Make the SHIFT to improved health and wellness!

Jackie Giese, LPTA, FNS

Hi everyone,

My name is Jackie. I am a Physical Therapist Assistant, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Co-Owner of Shift Physical Therapy and Wellness. I started my physical therapy journey when I graduated from Anoka-Ramsey Community College in 2009. I started my career in a skilled nursing facility where I worked for 2 years. In 2012, I had the privilege of working in an outpatient setting. As the years continued, so did my passion for physical therapy and overall wellness.

I have expanded my education to include pelvic floor therapy with a certification in adult bladder control and urinary incontinence.

Outside of my career, I am a wife with 3 beautiful, challenging, and precious children that I now call my “Little Shifts”. We also have 2 Labrador Retrievers at home that keep us busy and active. We live in Cambridge, MN. It fills my heart to serve and support the community.

I am excited and genuinely appreciative of the opportunity to work with you and help you on your health and wellness journey!

Mary Zoccoli, Fitness Instructor

My name is Mary, I am a Fitness Instructor at Shift Physical Therapy and Wellness. About a year ago, I started attending fitness classes at Shift with Jackie. It started with one class, then two, then three. That is when I realized my passion for physical fitness. I am very excited to serve the community I live in to help others achieve their fitness goals.

When I’m not working, I enjoy doing puzzles, spending time with my family, and being outdoors. During the summer, my family and I enjoy biking, fishing, boating, camping, family gatherings, and small get-togethers with friends.
