We utilize a variety of treatment techniques including hands on care to help reduce your pain and improve your day to day activities.

Manual Therapy

Receive hands on care for your injury. We utilize a variety of manual or hands on techniques to aid in your recovery process and help to decrease your pain.

Therapeutic Exercises & Activities

Determining the right exercises and activities for your injury is an essential part of your recovery. Your exercises will be easily duplicated to match your environment so you can be sure to have a speedy recovery.

Cupping

Improve blood flow, decrease tightness, and reduce pain with cupping. Your Physical Therapist will help to determine if cupping is right for you.

Athletic Taping & KinesioTaping

Taping techniques can be used to help with stabilization, reduce swelling and edema, and aid in the recovery process.

Modalities

Modalities are tools used in Physical Therapy to help reduce pain, and speed up the recovery process. An example of a modality is Electrical Stimulation or TENS. Your Physical Therapist will help to determine which modalities are right for you.

Lifestyle Change Guidance

Often times changes in lifestyle can help to determine the cause of your symptoms and can be used to help improve your symptoms. At Shift Physical Therapy and Wellness, we may incorporate lifestyle change guidance such as proper sleep habits and positions that may be contributing to your symptoms.
