Group Exercise Classes

It’s time to make the SHIFT with our 6 week series (most of the time!) group exercise classes. Class spaces are available but limited! Don’t wait until the start of a new series to get started! If space is available, we welcome you to join us at any point in the series. Please complete the form to be registered for an upcoming class! Discounts available for those that commit to multiple classes. Payment can be completed in person on the day of the first class.

Loyalty members receive a 10% discount. Unable to commit to a series? No worries! 10 session punch cards are available! These cards allow you to mix and match classes no matter where we are at in a series. Punch cards are $140 for 10 sessions. Message us for more information.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. How long are classes?
    Most classes are 45 minutes in length with the exception of morning classes which are 30 minutes.

  2. What should I bring with to classes?
    Wear comfortable, workout attire and tennis shoes. Dress in layers as we keep the workout area chilly but we warm up real quick! It is suggested to bring a water bottle however, we do stock water bottles in our fridge and you are welcome to help yourself!

  3. Do you provide refunds if I miss a class?
    We do not provide refunds for classes. All classes are paid in full at the start of the series. In the rare event that SHIFT cancels a class due to illness or weather (lovely MN winters!), we will add a class to the back end of the series or provide credit for future classes.

  4. I have a group of friends and we want to workout together, do you provide private group classes?
    We do! Whether your group of friends would like to workout on a weekly basis or your group is wanting to do a 1 time group workout for a bachelor party, wedding or other reason, we’d love to have you! We also offer opportunities to add youth/teen classes, in fact we have a teen kickboxing class that meets every Tuesday at 3:30pm!

  5. Not a question but something we will address anyways in this section……
    Our workouts are meant for every body type and person. Whether you are new to working out or a seasoned veteran, we will welcome you with open arms. Our fitness instructors will show modifications and alternate options to all the moves in the class. Also if you are unsure whether SHIFT if the right fit for you, schedule a free consultation to sit down with Jackie and chat before deciding to join a series.

  6. What age is appropriate for your Moms and Littles class?
    Moms and Littles is perfect for ages 5-11!
